Oh how you've grown so much with words
and with the comments you have written
Your clever quotes and anecdotes
Have me well and truely smitten

To read your words of poetry
Sharing thoughts as deep as valleys
I sail through every paragraph
Pulled through time like medieval galleys

Lost in worlds of war and peace
You write their stories bold
So thank you Rich, I've been enrich'd
To understand what you have told.

Your talent for writing has
No bounds and that is I
Have Found.
I read your words and thoughts
for they give me hope that
Someone like you can find the time
to write a Rhyme which doth make
A tear of joy drop from my little eye.
