Round in Circles
You wake up in the morning and everything is numb,
Yes even that is what you sit on, yes your b.m.
The arms and hands have pins and needles,
The mouth is oh so dry, and the hands just will not work,
So exercise comes into play, they make you feel like a right burke!
Feet are placed upon the floor, you look and there you see the door,
Then you fall onto the bed, your feet stopped working no more tread.
Get your balance here you go, into the bathroom you do go,
Out you come and onto tea drink a cup and feel more refreshed,
Bagel done and eat it down, now your firing and feeling the ground.
Sit and read before you walk to work, down the stairs and then your there,
Into the room and more tea to drink, gives you time to sit and think,
Your boss says what is on today; you drink your tea before you say.
The day goes by and the work is done, just a bit slower than when you were young,
But done it gets and then you go home, time to sit and fall asleep,
Talk to friends on skype and chat, have some supper and watch TV,
Go to bed and that is that, up you get and nothing works,
Read from the top and you know what I do to get things going.
