A little round biscuit






I remember as a kid
Play time at my school
They let us have a tuck shop
It really was so cool

Orange juice and sweets
The odd savoury snack
But there was one special thing
That kept me going back

A little round biscuit
Well two to be precise
Doubling the pleasure
Having everything twice

A raspberry jam sandwich
They really did look smart
Pushing through a hole in the top
Shaped like a little heart

I loved those Jammie Dodgers
When I went out to play
I had one in the morning
And the other at the end of the day
