Boxed

I've walked around the edges, in the darkness of this box
Looked high and low and 'roundabout for ways it will unlock
I've racked my brain for reasons why I cannot see the key
How does a simple structure keep me from being free?

"Think from outside the box" the voices seem to shout
My head feels crushed with pressure. Can't think. Just let me out!
Trapped for twenty years now,in this box, my home, this life
And what if I should find the light..could I , on the outside, survive?
